RETURNS

We strive to make our clients perfectly satisfied with each + every purchase. If for some reason you do need to return an item, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date on the following full priced items only if they are free of use, in the original packaging, + with the tags still intact. These items include our antique collection, jewelry collection, scrunchies, + table runners.  Due to the nature of the handmade + custom items, we are unable to accept returns or refunds on veils, headpieces, pre-cut ribbon, invitation suites, announcement suites, menus, place cards, ceremony programs, seating charts, save the dates, or any other personalized paper goods. The purchaser is responsible for the shipping charges on the return. This policy is for domestic + international shipments.

Please note that by completing the fields on our website forms, you are voluntarily giving us access to that information.
